This 30-day issue is a plus from a management perspective in that you don't come to the end of a project and find out that there is no data or inaccurate data because these are turned in monthly in order to get another one.  In addition, there is no real waste like in a one year hardbound book, how expensive it is to archive it separate from the field documents is one
