Niche Contractors' mission is two-fold.

OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2002, Niche Contractors, Inc. roots reach back to 1994 to a small, yet growing contracting firm, Seven P's Contractors, Inc.  Seven P's is where our founder, Cheryl Garner, built her reputation as an honest businessperson concerned for providing superior customer service.  As Vice President of Seven P's Contractors, Garner built a respected team of individuals that were recognized as the Number One Tenant Improvement Contractor in the valley two years running.  We believe this speaks volumes of her ability to create dedicated, motivated and highly skilled teams.

Owners are faced with more alternatives than ever in history.   Assisting Owners in the decision making process is critical to project success and high customer satisfaction.  Even before we are awarded a job, we begin a Discovery and Analysis process to ensure that our firm's commitments to a project are realistic of our capability in order to ensure success.
